As a result of this aggression he suffered severe wounds in various parts of his body, unable to continue his studies and go to work.

In testimony given before the Committee for the Defense of Human Rights, the young man tells a picture of heroism to face bravely the cowardly act of members of death squads, as they attempted kidnapping him. The context

This occurs in a context of systematic violations of human rights ranging from murder, torture, kidnapping, raping women, burglaries, messages containing death threats, among others. CODEH alerts the international community that the situation now lived by members of the Resistance in Honduras is pathetic, resources to combat impunity in the domestic courts have collapsed, the impudence and lack of decorum of the judiciary and prosecutors is so obvious that impunity results from building suppressiveness of people who have lost faith in the formal institutions of justice.
